My Story
I didn't read about the mobile bar industry. I built it.
I'm Joel Richer — operator, event producer, and brand builder based in London, Ontario. Over the last eight years, I've built Bulles et Bières into a premium mobile bar brand, co-founded 4EST Brewery with a reforestation mandate, produced HRZN Fest as a marquee lifestyle festival, and launched the Industry Night Podcast to document the real story of building.
None of it came from a business school framework or a US playbook adapted for Canada. It came from showing up, making mistakes fast, and building systems that actually work in the Canadian market — with its unique licensing landscape, its brutal seasonality, and its tight-knit communities where reputation is everything.
The Richer Path is where I share what I've learned. Not theory. Not inspiration porn. The actual frameworks, the real numbers, and the field-tested strategies that have worked for me and for the operators I've coached.

What makes The Richer Path different from every other entrepreneurship brand is the specificity. I'm not teaching you how to build a business in the abstract. I'm teaching you how to build a mobile bar or live event business in Canada — with all the nuance that entails.
The Fail Fast Collaboration Series, which I run as a live event, is built on the same principle: honest lessons from people who have actually done the work, shared in a room with people who are ready to do the same.
